Terms and Conditions

Please read these Booking Conditions carefully prior to making any bookings. References to “you” and “your” in these Booking Conditions means all persons named on the booking (including anyone who is added or substituted at a later date) or any of them.

( 1 ) By making a booking, you agree on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking that he/she:

( 2 ) All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking. We do not guarantee that any of the Travel Arrangements we advertise will still be available at the time of booking. We will inform you as soon as possible after placing an order if, for any reason, the Travel Arrangements you have sought to book with us are not available.

( 3 ) When you make a booking, you will have the opportunity to review/confirm all the details of the booking before making payment. Once you have reviewed and confirmed these details and made payment of the appropriate sum, we will proceed to make the booking.

( 4 ) Please check that all names, dates and timings are correct on receipt of all documents and advise us of any errors immediately. Please ensure that the names given are the same as in the relevant passport.

( 5 ) All quotations are subject to availability of services quoted and are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed or deposit received. Quotes are valid for 72 hours from issue date (unless advised otherwise).

( 6 ) If your arrival is more than 60 days, to your arrival date we will charge a deposit depending on the resort you book, as some resorts are very exclusive and would want to avoid cancellations; hence, require full payment at the time of confirmation.

( 7 ) If your reservation is confirmed less than 60 days to your arrival date, we will require full payment at the time of confirmation.

( 8 ) Rates offered or featured are the best rates available. Rates Include Meal plans (as indicated in the quotations we send), Resort Service charge (Usually 10-14%), Tourism Goods & Service Tax (T-GST) of 12%, Both ways Airport Transfers (Speedboat / Seaplane or Domestic Plane) & All Other Applicable Taxes. All quotes also include Green Tax of USD ($) 6 Per person per night as levied by the Government of Maldives.

( 9 ) Any costs incurred end route to and from the destination are not included in rates. Additionally, incidental costs you incur at the resort; Such as other meals, beverages, spa treatments, excursions or Water Sports are all things you will be charged to your room during your stay and then pay the resort directly upon check out (unless stated otherwise by the resort or hotel).
